We stayed here for two nights. The view from my balcony is really great with mountains. This is my favorite hotel during my Switzerland trip. The breakfast was better than we expected and the staff kept checking the the food frequently. We gained a guest card for 20% off for the cable car tickets, and it can be used to take the bus for free. It takes a 10 min walk to the cable car. And it takes a 5-minute walk up the hill from the bus stop.

The location of this hotel could be a little treacherous for some but I quite liked where it was, perched on a hill. The room was generously sized, clean and the views were spectacular! The breakfast was also quite good and the staff very helpful. We would stay there again.

All of the staff were so friendly and accommodating, such a beautiful, clean, well equipped building, beautiful food, great service, stunning views. The children were so thought of in every regard, even down to a small area with toys at breakfast to entertain them while we finished, plastic cups and plates. Our daughter loved Iwona who looked after us both nights, she is a credit to the hotel. We ate in the restaurant. We had cheese fondue the first night and the second night beef stroganoff, carbonate and pizza. Everything was delicious. We would absolutely come back! We were sad to go home. Our son is autistic so it is really important to us that there are good family friendly facilities when we travel to make things that bit easier as it can be a challenge. There were so many little ideas that were so good even down to having a dedicated table for you room number at breakfast each morning. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.
