This hotel is in a great location. It is right in the heart of Grindelwald. The best part was we had a room with a view and it was a super view of the Eiger from the balcony. I could sit out there all day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The parking was convenient. The rooms were Swiss clean and there was a great free tea bar. It was nice to have a tea on the balcony watching the sunset.

Lovely Hotel. Excellent location with Eiger views. 100m from Railway station but very quiet. Exceptional buffet breakfast. Eggs and bacon were great. Lovely family run it. Very helpful. Best Hotel in Switzerland by far.

The location is amazing, just across the road from the bus station and 100m from the train station (if that!). The view from the hotel balcony was just incredible. The rooms were clean and tidy.

The check-in was great! The young lady at the desk was very helpful! I wish I had gotten her name so I could list it here. Our room was perfect, with a spectacular view of the Eiger! Breakfast was included and it was very good. If I ever come back, this hotel will be where I stay!

Close to Grindelwald station. Very easy to locate. Bus station was also very close - right in the front of the hotel - which connected different parts of Grindelwald. The view of Eiger mountain from our balcony was exceptional. Please opt for the room with balcony although it is more expensive

Amazing staff, very helpful and cordial, Wow! It's each one of them were so nice and empathising. Loved the way they treated us. Property is just 200m walkable from the train station and opposite to the Bus station. It's on the main road and close to the market.
