Everything! Spotless, beautiful tastefully decorated apartment… with fresh towels and fresh flowers every day. Superb host. Excellent location ( 1 minute walk from the small beach ).

Thomas met us off the ferry and dropped us back on the day we left. He and his family were first class hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was spacious and one of the best we've had in many years of travelling the Greek Islands. Patmos is a beautiful island.

Tomas was the best host. He picked us up from the port and left us at the end of the trip. Hw was very helpful with the taxis etc. Patmos villas is very accessible by bus and taxi and has lots of restaurants nearby.

The location was a very short walk from the beach which was handy. The apartments are set around a shady courtyard garden. Everything was spotless, the rooms were cleaned daily and linens were beautifully ironed and towels smelt so fresh. We had a charming room on the 2nd floor with a view of the sea from the kitchen window, also a spacious balcony. Our hosts, Tomas and his parents gave us a wonderful welcome. They were so kind and anticipated our every need. We cannot rate our stay highly enough!

Location was great, air con wifi balcony all great. Exceptional cleaning services with regular fresh towels and bedding- would definitely recommend! Hosts were really helpful - sorted out our transfer to them and also gave us a lift back to the ferry port, which we really appreciated. The gardens are beautifully kept and looked after and we knew if we needed anything we could just ask.

The location of the hotel is very central in the island and very close to the beutiful Chora. The room was big very comfortable and was daily cleaned. The breakfast was wonderful and highly recommended. Our host Thomas was extremely helpful waited for us when we arrived at 3 o' clock in the morning and gave us useful information on beaches and restaurants.
