Highly recommend this place. The location is perfect especially if you’re up to relaxation, this place is really peaceful and quite. Not crowded. Just 10-15mins away from Bellagio via ferry. The place is really spacious, it has own kitchen, living room, bedroom and toilet. And the staff especially Sheryl is very accommodating and helpful when I have lots of queriesx

Our host Sheryl went above and beyond to make our stay at Lake Como incredible! Very responsive and helpful, from before we had even checked in to past our checkout time, even helping sort out our transport to our boat booking when our transport plans didn't run as smoothly as we had hoped! Sheryl was super friendly and approachable, offered us many excellent suggestions from activities to transport to food and coffee, all without pressuring us or being overbearing. She told us about a summer festival with fireworks running the night we were staying which turned out to be one of the highlights of our whole trip! We would never have known if she had not suggested it to us, and also appreciated her booking us a personal boat hire when many of the places we had seen were already booked out. The apartment was perfect, very clean and modern and with all the amenities we could have asked for (including the air conditioning turned on prior to our arrival to keep us cool on a hot day, amazing!) Also a lot more spacious then the pictures make it appear. The location was also incredible, away from the hustle and bustle of more well known spots around the lake but still plenty to do within easy walking/bus/boat distance. A small supermarket right around the corner and a bus stop across the road that will take you directly to Como San Giovanni station, an easy train from Milan. As a group of 4 friends on a long weekend away, we were blown away by both the apartment and the top tier service provided by Sheryl. We would definitely recommend staying at Maioliche Apartments Griante to anyone thinking about visiting Como, and it would be hard for us to find a reason to stay anywhere else when we visit again!
