It was so peaceful. The room was comfortable and I was made very welcome. Breakfast was super and nothing was a problem.

Excellent location, lovely wee guest house, we had a lovely spacious cozy room (room 3) with comfy bed and two comfy chairs. Spacious shower room. Beautiful freshly cooked breakfast and the perfect hostess. Ideal location for an overnight stay to break our journey. We would highly recommend. Cheaper and much much nicer than a Travel Lodge. Thank you for a lovely stay.

I couldn't find fault here if I tried. My stay was as close to perfect as you could get. Lovely place, excellent breakfast, nice clean, warm and friendly atmosphere. Carolyn, the owner is helpful and friendly without being intrusive. I would definitely stay here again, and I would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

Having stayed here before, I had a good idea of what to expect. I was not disappointed, from the moment I arrived to the moment I left, Caroline, the owner made me feel welcome and valued as a customer. The place is very clean and well kept. Rooms are very smart in both furnishings and decor. Nice large white fluffy towels and a large comfy bed complete with large warm duvet. Breakfast was delicious and was a full English or Scottish depending on your opinion, complete with cereal, toast and tea or coffee. The location is within easy walking distance of places to eat in the evening. Excellent value for money, would not hesitate to recommend to anyone visiting Gretna Green. A separate note for fellow motorcycle riders, the car park is solid, flat and just far enough off the road to keep your bike out of the way of "prying eyes".

We have been here once before and were elated to stay here again. It is the most beautiful little cottage, in an idyllic situation. The room was very big, it had tea/coffee facilities etc, tv, wardrobe...everything you would expect really. The bathroom was lovely too. The breakfast was so tasty and plenty to eat. Caroline was an extremely welcoming host. All in all a fabulous stay and highly recommended...hopefully we will be back in the not too distant future. Thank you xx

It's in a central location to gretna green, train station and a short walk into Gretna. Carolyn is a fantastic host always welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious and a good sized ensuite as well.
