Very helpful staff when we arrived fairly late. There was an unexpected issue but the person on the desk quickly worked out the problem.

Very nice hotel in the Grenoble suburbs. Quiet area but perfectly located to take the tram into town. We slept very well, the bed and pillows were comfortable. We even had a kettle in the room which is not common in French hotels. Sometimes we forget about the cleaning staff. The rooms were perfect and clean so thank you to your team. In fact all the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Grenoble.

Room was basic and relatively small , but sufficient to stay overnight on the way to Alps. Free parking on the territory. Good breakfast.

I have chosen Kyriad hotel as it was the cheapest option for my quick one night stand in Grenoble before moving on to another town. Yes, it was not in the center of the city (but hey, you see the location while booking, right?) but it is easily accessible - I took a 40mins walk but there is also bus stop right next to hotel or one can take tram or taxi - there are plenty of options! The room was clean and nice and what is even better - had a bathtub so I could relax after a long flight and bus ride. Absolutely enjoyed my stay and if you're looking for a cheap and nice place to stay and location doesn't bother you - this one is a perfect option.

It was normal businesslike hotel. Happy we had a safe place in a gated carpark. The night manager recommended a good restaurant down the road which proved good but I can’t remember the name! Turn right out of the hotel and keep walking. Lovely Turkish/Greek/ Mediterranean food.
