We love the location, been going for years, but really have to say the furniture should now be up graded & all kitchen utensils also! There wasn’t any info about local amenities, ie the bus for the Bolo, local pub which provides food, etc, not the same as it was when the owners were on site! Do hope this is taken as helpful, met several people there last time who said they wouldn’t go back !!!!!

room was good a bit on the small size for the furniture but given most people who stay would be out all day at the beach i expect - so perfectly fine for that - travelling solo - felt perfectly safe which was nice

We just had the most amazing 5-night stay at South Coast Retreat over the holiday period! Check-in was seamless, and we stayed in one of the glamping tents, which was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly cozy. The bed was huge and ridiculously comfortable—perfect after a day of exploring. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with friendly guests and a dog-friendly vibe that made it ideal for our little pup. This gem is a perfect retreat, and we’re already planning our next visit! Highly recommend!

Lovely, clean tent with ensuite. Excellent fan for the hot summer nights. Dog friendly and the kids really enjoyed playing cricket in the common area!
