The. Rooms we’re like a hostel they said a bathroom was with the room but it was in the corridor, we got another room for 1 night and the AC didn’t work effectively and it was so hot! The whole experience was like fawlty towers! The keys didn’t work, the lights went out in the room and they didn’t know where the circuit box was, they didn’t answer the phone, our order of a bottle of wine (was 1/2 full) just little things didn’t go right but the staff were nice and we laughed it off

The host was extremely friendly and accommodating. Our room was small but very clean and well presented. The location directly across from the beach is perfect.

The selling point is the location right on Dynamite Bay. Fantastic for casual walks and swimming. Nice and spacious apartments. The manager was super friendly and made a real effort to ensure I had a nice vegetarian meal (there was nothing on the official menu). Made us feel welcome. We were there on a very quiet night just after a massive bushfire had swept through the area south of Green Head. We actually changed our travel date very last minute and the staff was super accommodating. Not sure if it's always this quiet but I liked it!

Just managed to get there in time for dinner before closing at 7pm; staff were very accommodating and provided great service and a lovely meal
