Very helpful took case up for us Stairs a bit steep Room very clean and plenty of storage Bathroom/shower really good All room have own pass number for doors so no keys to loose ,I found this really good

DID ASK FOR EARLY CHECK IN BUT TOLD HAD TO WAIT FOR ROOM TO BE CLEANED AND WOULD GET A TXT - NORM CHECK IN IS 3PM - I RECEIVED A TXT AT 3.13PM!!!!! - CHECK OUT 10AM SO NOT EVEN 24HR STAY THAT BEING SAID I DID RECEIVE A UPGRADE TO A SEA VEIW ROOM THE WEATHER WAS SNOW AND SLEET AND THERE WAS NO HEATING ON IN THE ROOM - I FOUND THIS VERY STRANGE AS ROOM WAS ABSOLUTLEY FREEZING SO A WARM WELCOME WOULD OF BEEN AMAZING INSTEAD OF WAITING HRS TO WARM UP ROOM WAS VERY NICE WITH A SMALL BALCONY - SUMMER WOULD BE AMAZING CLEANING IS NOT TO A HIGH STANDARD, DARK HAIR IN SHOWER (LONG AND SHORT) EWWW ( I AM BLONDE)!!!!! VERY DUSTY, THE CLEANER NEEDS TO MOVE ITEMS AND CLEAN ALL THE TOPS OF UNITS NOT JUST THE FRONT. BATHROOM NEEDS BIT OF A BLITZ - (WITH PRODUCTS AND NOT JUST A WIPE AROUND) OVER ALL FOR THE PRICE PAID I REALLY CAN NOT GRUMBLE IF STAYING IN WINTER EMAIL AND ASK FOR HEATING TO BE ON !!!!
