We did not like the firsat room we were showed - a small familly room - when we wanted a twin with a bath tub. The host took us up to the 2nd floor and arranged a temporary heater as the storage heater unit in the room was not switched on. Much better room for us and a very big bathroom and TV set.

Spacious room. We had a fan which was kindly given on request. Comfy night stays. TV channels worked including GB News which we were amazed about. Toilet was good. Not too far from sea and easy access to floors despite no lift. Lights were good and switches accessible. Space for laptop and nice coffee. Shower was warm. The receptionist did offer to port the large luggage to the room which was also good.

The room was a very good size for me. There was plenty of tea/coffee in the room. Always clean towels and bedding

Rooms fine, not luxurious but that was as expected. Hotel is in a great location and secure with entry fob system. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The location is down a picturesque Georgian street; very quiet, close access to a bus stop, and walking distance of the sea front and all the various facilities such as cafes, restaurants, amusements and much more!
