Room very clean and well appointed. Very friendly welcome. A minor issue with the toilet roll holder was quickly rectified without issue.

Great location, one street away from the main promenade and opposite Great Yarmouth football park, room was spotlessly clean and good decor in the bedrooms Beds were extremely comfortable

A bright,modern,well decorated room with good facilities and very clean .The host kindly stored my bicycle in his secure garage.

The host were very friendly and helpful.The guest house was spotlessly clean.Our room was very nice and it was cleaned everyday.Our anniversary was during our stay and when we returned to the guest house later in the day,we had a really nice surprse.Our host had made 2 swans out of towels and placed them on the bed with a red rose which was a very beautiful thing to do and they also left chocolates as well.It was a very nice surprise indeed.The breakast was very nice indeed.We will definetly stay here again.Thankyou to Chris and Suwanee and i believe it was there daughter as well who was very kind.

I enjoyed my stay very much and loved the decor of my room. The friendliness of Chris and his lovely wife was warm and welcoming, and not intrusive. They were both very accommodating. I enjoyed the history they provided in the binder, which is kept in the room with all the details of how to access the WiFi, local taxis etc. Great touch for guests to be independent rather than needing to rely on Chris or his wife. The 2-minute walk to the beach was just perfect, as was the walk to the local Sainsbury's for food items. I had enough room to do my daily workouts, and could work from the desk, store my food in the fridge and cupboards provided, as well as find space for all my things. Great use of space.
