The Seamore is located a few hundred metres from the seafront in a quieter side street. The greeting from the owner was friendly and the place is very clean. Room was comfortable and had tea/coffee making facilities. There are steps up to the front door and internal stairs to the first floor so be aware of this you have any mobility issues. We didn’t have breakfast as we stayed for New Year’s Eve and the owners were also out for the celebrations and so were understandably not offering a full service. We parked on street in a permit holders bay and the owner sorted a permit for us online for the local authority fee of £3.

Great location as just a short walk from the sea and close to many amenities. Very warm welcome on arrival. I was able to park overnight on the street next to accommodation. Rooms was lovely and spacious. I had the full English breakfast which was delicious. I will be going back.

Great location. Warm and clean rooms. Host was very accommodating when I needed to check in late and leave my luggage there for the day after check out. Will come again!

The location was quiet, and the room contained everything I needed. The owner was friendly and accommodating. There was no shortage of power sockets in the room. The temperature was perfect.

Nice greeting by I'm assuming the owner. Happy and jolly and made sure I found parking and the guest house easy enough. I went for room only but looked in the dining area and was clean and well presented so maybe an option next time. Room was a good size, comfy and clean bed. All the facilities you need and good size en suit. Everything provided too.

Location was superb, spotlessly clean, easy check in and out, easy to find. Paid £3 for a parking permit, I could see my car (and the sea) from my bedroom window My No1 choice now when staying in Gt Yarmouth.

Room was spotless, very comfortable and even had a fridge. Food was delicious, very friendly hosts. Very close to beach,pubs and restaurants.

Excellent location near the pier. Room was clean, shower was excellent, with a kettle etc in the room for hot drinks. Breakfast came included, and the owner was friendly. The only issue personally was that the bed was too firm for me, but that is of course subjective. Overall was excellent value and would not hesitate to stay again.

Everything,location was excellent for the seafront and shopping areas,room was lovely and the bed was so comfortable! tea and coffee facilities in room so just perfect altogether.
