Good breakfast with plenty on offer if you wanted cereals as well as cooked breakfast. Friendly hosts and a small but very comfortable room and bed.

Excellent location, good on street parking. An easy walk to the Seafront or the town centre, access to a selection of restaurants and bars. Arthur made me very welcome and was both helpful and knowledgeable of the local area. I would differently recommend the Cleasewood to anyone visiting Gt Yarmouth.

Breakfast was very good. Everything from toast and cereal to full English. Debbie and Arthur were great hosts. Room was comfortable and had everything you would need.

Lovely little guest house... good location, a short stroll to the beach and town centre. Our room was spacious and nicely decorated, with a big modern bathroom. The owners were really friendly and served a delicious breakfast in the morning... Highly recommend a stay here!
