Stayed in a few of the hotels in Great Yarmouth close to this one and never usually bother to write reviews, but this is one of the best we've stayed in. Firstly, the hosts are Fantastic, very friendly and welcoming, the hotel is kept very clean, it is in a great location, lovely breakfast, parking is available, Room facilities include t.v, safe,kettle with a good variety of drinks, and a private bathroom with toiletries. Will definitely be returning.

Martin and Mandy were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was tasty and freshly cooked. Hotel was clean , room was comfortable and plenty of space.

Location excellent. Nicely cooked breakfast. Clean and tidy. Cosy and warm in the room. Bed a little uncomfortable for us.

The location is perfect just a 2 minute walk up the street and across the road from the beach, all amenities within walking distance. Nice and clean room and comfortable bed. I liked that the windows open wide to let in a good breeze. We arrived just before 12:00 and as check in wasn't untill 15:00 they kindly let us leave the car parked up so we had a good stroll around and on check out although we had to check out for 10:30 again they allowed us to leave the car there untill mid afternoon so we could make the most of the lovely day we woke up to before going home.

Breakfast was excellent. We had a lovely quiet room minutes walk to the sea. On-site parking was a massive bonus. Very clean and modern throughout and we were made to feel very welcome. We were left to our own devices which we like but with the reassurance we could call the owners anytime if we needed anything.

Location is perfect we love that it is quiet but close to everything. Room was ok but smaller than when we last stayed but only booked a few weeks before and it was busy so to be expected. The breakfast was plenty of choice and everything exactly how you would like. We experienced a bit of a wait from sitting down to being served then again for the breakfast to come. Would have been nice to wait with our coffee. But the food was lovely.
