Good location with parking. Friendly host. Property felt a little tired, would benefit from some renovation/redecoration/new furniture. Breakfast was ok but not as high standard as many of the reviews state, which was disappointing. Ok for a weekend stay and a fairly reasonable rate for the area with breakfast included.

Ideal location, close to seafront. Perfect size rooms for what you need with fridge, microwave and tea/coffee facilites which is ideal for those needing to make drinks or snacks especially with kids. Dale is an amazing host - so attentive as always made sure me or the kids had everything (and he makes a lovely breakfast!). Will be rebooking again!

Dale was really lovely, carried our bags to the room, made sure we had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, bathroom spacious and clean. Breakfast was lovely and he catered for everyone's needs. Even invited us for a freezing cold swim in the sea!! 😊
