The room was clean, big and modern. Check-in was very easy and there is always attentive staff around. The breakfast was delicious and there was a lot of choice!

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel PLAZA INN Graz! From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed, thanks to the exceptional service of Mrs. Fatima at the reception. She was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail. Mrs. Fatima ensured that my check-in process was seamless and took the time to answer all my questions about the hotel and local attractions. Her warm demeanor and efficiency made me feel right at home. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and well-maintained. My room was comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is convenient, close to key attractions and public transport, making it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. I highly recommend Hotel PLAZA INN Graz, especially for the outstanding hospitality provided by staff members like Mrs. Fatima. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Graz!

Everything was tidy and clean, staff is always smiling and is very approachable. Breakfast is extremely good and worth every penny. Location is also great, 15 min walk or a 5 min tram ride from the very center of Graz.
