if you need a place with excellent service, comfortable rooms and perfect staff - this is the hotel for you. My family had a great time staying at the hotel. p.s. the breakfasts are worth the money and surprisingly tasty

The room was clean and big enough. Hotel is near the centre of Graz and you can walk everywhere.

the location in the old town is great, we walked to most of the places of interest. The room was spacious and we had a lovely view. Even though the hotel is centrally located, our room was very quiet. The staff were pleasant and helpful and we enjoyed a drink in the hotel bar as it had a good atmosphere. The breakfast was good but not necessary as there were loads of nice cafes around.

Very new, modern hotel with everything working. We liked the quality of materials and design, everything is on a very good level and in perfect condition. Special thanks for the electric pot in the room for making teas and the coffee machine. The cost of room was very affordable, though the breakfast is not cheap. Huge parking is on the sight for 24 eur/day, which I suppose not very much for Graz.

Great and quiet location, just few minutes from central square. Room is nice, well equipped, spacious and very clean. Bed was absolutely perfect. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. They could offer a bit more variety considering number of stars and price range of the hotel.

The hotel is exceptionally pleasant and comfortable, with beautifully arranged spaces and a great location. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to assist, making the stay even more enjoyable. The service is top-notch, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the food is excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway!
