Please note that you cannot park your car in front of the hotel for check-in (Annenstraße 60). Instead, use the address Metahofgasse 21, 8020 Graz for check-in when arriving by car, or else head directly for the parking garage (subject to a surcharge) at Traungauergasse 15, 8020 Graz. You can get a parking ticket at the hotel reception.The reception is open Monday-Saturday from 07:00 to 22:00. On Sunday/bankholidays from 07:00h-12:00h and 17:00h - 22:00h.
On the phone number stated on your booking confirmation, reception staff is available around the clock.When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.Guests are required to show a photo identification and debit card/credit card of the person stated on the booking confirmation upon check-in. Otherwise check-in is not possible.If you arrive outside reception opening hours, you can check in at the modern self-check-in terminal. This requires a credit or debit card and the last name of the booker.Please note that the amount of your reservation will be charged from your credit card on the day of arrival. At first glance, it seems very corporate, because it is. But there are some nice touches that made it a pleasant surprise. Also perfectly located for a late arrival – from getting off the train to checking-in to being in bed took barely 15 minutes.

Nice location five minutes from Graz Hbf. I had a room with a terrace, which was nice even though it was chilly.

Great location, close to the train station and 1.5 km from the city center. Spacious room so there's space for pilates. My room faced the backstreet so it was quiet.

An amazing hotel near the center of the city. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also clean spotless. On top of everything, the staff was really welcoming and kind. Would come again if I ever find myself in Graz again ^^

Nice modern hotel located close to the main station and the main square so a great location in Graz. Staff very friendly and helpful. Check in was very easy and was great not having to carry around a key. Room was also very spacious and great shower too. Highly recommend!

The people in the hotel are friendly. The hotel room was big and clean. It is 5 minutes from Graz Hbf. There are shops/supermarket around the hotel.

The location is very close to the train station. Within 3 minutes walk you'll reach the Billa supermarket. The staff was friendly enough but wasn't so helpful when I said I had problem connecting WIFI with my devices. But I guess there wasn't anything he could do.
