We had pans and cooking pots so we could prepare food, and there was also salt and pepper provided. The room had a fun swing and blackout curtains for sleeping. There was also a dishwasher with cleaning tablets. You can open a windows and theres an AC the temprature was great. And ofc there were 2 towels provided for each of us.

We had to quickly find an accommodation in Graz due to a bad experience we had at another place. We managed to book an apartment at Arbio on the same day. Among the great parts are: -Location in a quiet area, with buses and trams within comfortable reach. The town centre is otherwise about a 20-25 minute walk away; -Strong wifi and a big flat screen TV in front of the bed, with Youtube and Netflix available; -Plenty of sockets; -Neat and tidy apartment. Relatively small, but you will have almost all conveniences, including a freezer and a microwave; -The design is calming, and the deep blue curtains will create a dreamy night atmosphere even during daytime; -The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a walk-in shower; -There is an AC system that helps regulate the temperature; -The bed is quite comfortable and big; -A balcony; -Soundproof walls - one can still hear what is happening in the corridor, but no sound from the neighbouring rooms; -The apartment complex itself is neat and well organised; -There is a lounge and a washing machine room. We were very pleased with our room and will keep Arbio in mind for our next trip!

Everything was near the location by public transport but even by walking. Everything as it is said in the description and in the photos. Very clean and pretty bathroom and kitchen. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped. We had very good sleep since the place is quiet and you can't hear anything from the street. Absolutely recommend!

Good location, quiet building, modern room, clean bathroom, excellent AC. 20 minutes from the centre, very good city transport connection. Very well equipped room. All in all we had a pleasant stay (3 weeks) but there were some minor hiccups.
