Hotel Overview

For a traditional Provençal experience, Le Moulin dAure provides a peaceful, charming haven and a warm friendly welcome.

The Mediterranean-influenced cuisine is made using only the freshest ingredients fom the local market, and olive oil produced from the hotels own olive grove. Please note that the RESTAURANT is open in winter, but only on weekends and outside its annual closing period.

A truly magnificent place run by a warm and very hospitable family. Provence style decoration applied delicately. Nephew of the family runs the kitchen and should keep doing that until we return. Something we definitely plan to do.

The hotel is an older style with a sense of warmth and style set in pleasant grounds. There is an onsite but detached restaurant available for breakfast or dinner although we did not take either. Pleasant lounge area adjacent to check-in. The room and bathroom were of very good standard. Ample onsite free parking.

This is a charming hotel with a beautiful garden, pool and restaurant area. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. We were even upgraded to their last terrace room which was clean and comfortable, complete with a little seating outside overlooking the olive trees. It is great spot for exploring the Provence area if you have a car.
