Drinks (including hot drinks) will be charged separately.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Hotel is in a quiet & an excellent location. If you are looking for a good walk & relaxation, this is the hotel for you. Breakfast is amazing & if you need to dine in at their restaurant, food is amazing. I've booked a room with a lake view & it was worth it

Every single member of staff was polite, friendly, helpful and attentive. The food was delicious and the service was amazing! Food came out quickly, plates taken away just as fast. Cocktails were well made, and reception staff were willing to go the extra mile to help out where possible. Spa facilities were really nice too. On entry to my room, there was a "30th birthday" balloon on the bed with some chocolates - amazing!
