Staff and room were excellent. Thanks for the free upgrade to a suite? Spa was a nice touch at the end of a days walking. Only downside was the website said they have an EV charger which turned out to be a 3pin socket on the wall outside. Not the same!

Location lovely. Breakfast fine. Dinner, a little overpriced for what you got. Bedroom in need of upgrading,furniture had seen better days. Having to pay for parking is unfair.

Great situation very near centre of Grasmere. Very comfortable. Charge for parking as I booked through your company was a bit much. Parking was not at a premium.

Lovely warm welcome on arrival. Room warm, comfortable, and well insulated. Shower great pressure and toiletries smelt Lovely. Welcome, gin, a really nice touch.

The hotel is in a beautiful location, 5 minutes walk from Grasmere. We had a spacious room with patio doors leading onto a balcony with the river beyond . Breakfast was varied with lots of choice. The evening meal was lovely, but more like nouveau cuisine so small, delicate portions.

The spa facilities and the location of the property were fabulous. They also gave us a room upgrade!

Staff good dining room staff very good and we liked the dining room itself. We dined both evenings the second evening was excellent. Room ok but bathroom rather old. We thought the property had even been renovated but seemed a lot of work going on so it may be better soon!
