The hotel is well located, close to restaurants and a great shopping center just a few blocks away. The rooms are clean and the showers are spotless. There is a convenient free shuttle to and from DFW airport, and the front desk staff was very friendly.

Front desk and shuttle staff were very friendly and accomodating. Comfortable beds and room. The jacuzzi and indoor pool were amazing after a long haul flight. Location was excellent being across the road from Grapevine Mill Outlet Mall.

Breakfast was good, just a little crowded seeing that the hotel was quite fully booked. The room was very nice and clean and the location was superb.

Great hotel, everything was fabulous from staff to design of room to breakfast. Access to Grapevine with shuttle and punctual pick up and drop back to airport. Would stay again.

We booked this hotel because it was close to the airport, on budget, with a free breakfast. It's not a luxury hotel, so you get what you pay for. I did NOT read the fine print until later, so I didn't realize they had a free shuttle service to and from the airport - that was a huge relief. When our shuttle driver picked us up, she told us that they offer a free shuttle service anywhere within a 5-mile radius of the hotel, and encouraged us to use it. That was a game-changer! Not only did we save money by not using any rideshare services, but it also allowed us to do things we might not have otherwise done, like explore historic downtown Grapevine. We even used it to go to the Grapevine Mills Mall, which we normally would have walked to, because it was 100 degrees outside. The customer service experience was excellent. We spoke most often with Elliott, who was exceptional, but truly everyone was kind, friendly, and helpful.
