The location, the decor, the ambience. The food was excellent and breakfast was extensive. The staff were friendly and helpful. A great place to stay.

Loved the views from the room overlooking the lake. It was dog friendly and they placed the bins close to the entrance of the section we stayed at. With bags (if you forgot) There is nothing worse than trying to find a bin after you picked up after your dog. The building and entrance way has a lot of character. Loved our stay (sadly only for 1 night) Breakfast had a nice selection of continental food and their own waffle station. There was also a really friendly gentleman at the night reception. We arrived just before midnight and he cheered us up after a long day of travelling. (Keep him)
