We do everything we can to assist guests with limited mobility. We have ample designated disabled parking spaces and there is lift access from the car park to reception level and the first floor bedrooms. Although none of our rooms are currently specifically modified to accommodate wheelchairs, we do have certain rooms that may be suitable for guests with limited mobility. However we strongly recommend that prior to making a booking you speak to us directly to discuss your requirements. This will to enable us to advise you on the basis of your individual needs and to make the best possible arrangements for your ease and comfort.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Lovely hotel, we stayed in a ‘chalet’ which was the middle of three connected cottages. Incredible amount of space and fantastic to get privacy and have access to room service!

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left every member of staff we engaged with was exceptionally pleasant, polite and professional. It was an absolute joy to stay at the hotel and we added an additional night to our stay because of this. The breakfast and evening meal were very, very good and very reasonably priced. The room in which we stayed was faultless and the view of Morecambe bay were incredible both from the dining areas and the outside terraces. My wife and I are now in our sixties and our stay was some of the best money we have ever spent.

It was incredible. Just the relaxation and switch off from reality that was needed. Although dated, the room was very comfortable and the food was amazing as well. All the staff were so kind and friendly. We were so disappointed we couldn't try out the spa but would love to come back and experience it!
