It met the expectation. The property was close to everything. Room was nice and big with a nice view. I would have maybe just put some coffee or tea or bottle water as a nice gesture. Then this is the best place to stay. The owner is also very friendly and informative. Will stay here again.

We stayed at 5 different accommodations in Mauritius and this was the highlight, it is perfectly situated right at the seafront and also close to some good restaurants. From our arrival to departure the staff were attentive and kind and our apartment was cleaned daily. It had everything we needed. The terrace overlooking the sea was a great spot so was well used. Grand Baie central with all its surf shops, clothes shops and twinkly things was a merciful 20 minute walk away which made us very happy too, keeping it at a bit of a distance (be careful walking on the road, few pavements). A few little shops nearby sold groceries or there is a big supermarket at the far end of Grand Baie - you'd want transport. In brief we loved this apartment. Thanks to all the Peramal staff.

Perfect location next to the Eden beach, and within a walking distance to a wonderful Indian restaurant (Coolen Chez Ram). The staff were super helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed watching the stars and the sea from the terrace.

The balcony view is amazing and the location of the apartment is nice. There is a parking space in front of apartments. The staff and service are friendly.

Room wiew on the 2nd floor was incredibly beautiful. The room was clean. Location of the residence was exeptional.

ON ARRIVAL WE WERE GIVEN A ROOM 3 FLIGHTS UP STAIRS, WHICH I COULD NOT MANAGE. WE WERE ASKED TO KEEP THAT ROOM UNTIL ONE ON GROUND FLOOR BECAME AVAILABLE, WHICH WE DID. AFTER THAT ALL WAS WELL. THE STAFF WAS PLEASANT ABOUT THE CHANGES WE REQUIRED.
