The hotel is placed super close to the Alhambra and the guy at the front desk was very welcoming. He gave us a lot of precious information. Super recommended.

We had a small issue with our stay. The staff was incredibly friendly, supportive and proactive in listening and fix the problem. Location is great. Basic room size is not large but enough for a short stay.

The location was amazing right in the centre of everywhere you would want to go in Granada. Staff really friendly and helpful. Lovely furnishings and atmosphere in the hotel

Amazing staff ready to answer all your questions and a super comfy bed made this hotel the perfect place to make a home base to explore all the city sites on foot. The coffee and tea available 24/7 was also a welcome treat.

Excellent property and the most wonderful receptionist Grigor. We were delayed by a day because of cancelled trains due to flooding in Malaga. He kept in touch with us to reassure and confirm our travel arrangements once we got them made. He was most welcoming and looked after us very well. A delightful man and a credit to the hotel.
