The little touches, like snacks in the room and the jewelry box for the safe. Also amazingly well designed lighting, including ankle-height night lights. Fantastic breakfast, very attentive staff and Japanese-style toilets.

The service and helpfulness of the staff everywhere from the moment we stepped into the door reception was welcoming and helpful, staff at the bar and restaurant made us feel welcome. Everyone there to provide assistance.
