The hotel is very centrally located, yet quiet. The design of the hotel and rooms is made with an exquisite taste, the staff was nice and polite, and the buffet breakfast had a great variety of choices.

- The location was central and extremely convenient - The rooms very small but still nicely done - The staff was courteous and always smiling - They communicated about the parking well and we were able to park our large van 1.9 mts in the nearest parking garage. - Breakfast was decent but could be better

Fabulous roof top pool with amazing view, very clean and well equipped room, the bed was big and extremely comfortable, breakfast was fabulous with lots of choice, absolutely recommended this hotel, we will be back.

I liked the location so much! The hotel is located in the middle of every tourist attraction and shopping district - the view from the rooftop is amazing! Thanks to front office staff William for friendliness and efficient checkin process.. :)

Spacious room, bathroom was equipped with a bidet which was a pleasant surprise. The rooftop gave beautiful views of the city including the Alhambra. Friendly staff ready to help. Excellent location near the main sights. Breakfast was reasonable with a good selection.

Great location, 10 mins from the cathedral, 25 mins from the Alhambra and Sacromonte. The room was a decent size but the hotel had no facilities, no bar, nowhere to get tea/coffee and none in the room. Pretty noisy too….both outside and in the hotel - on our last night a group checked in at 0300 and made a racket! On the positive, the choice at breakfast was good and was of a good quality.
