Location of the hotel is amazing, very close to a good Tapas street, central and you can walk to the Alhambra very easily. The hotel is beautiful with lovely furnishings, the rooms were new and the bathrooms in particular was incredible in our room. The bed was very comfortable.

Staff were excellent. We got an upgrade to Level.... it was very good there with the staff again excellent. The location was really good and we got good advice from reception staff. It was our first time in Granada and the staff organised a visit to the Alhambra....we will be back again. We recommend this Melia Hotel, 👌 J&B from Ireland

The staff at the level were so kind and helpful. We had a problem with our room as it was too noisy on the first night and the next day they moved us to a better quieter room higher up. I then needed to book an extra room and Alexandra was so helpful and sorted everything out for me, whatsapping me when the room was ready. The level lounge area on floor 6 was a great place to chill during our downtime on our holiday and the breakfast was great and we had an incredible view of Granada.
