This little hostel is really well located, close to the train station, the center, Albayzin old town. The room was nicely furnished, comfy bed, a sofa, nice mood lighting available, heating and AC as needed, and the welcome was great, with soothing ambient music. The staff is super friendly and helpful, I got a quick orientarion of where I am and what's there to see, including a tourist map. The host was a message away at any moment, I knew I could reach out. There was a small kitchenett in the common space, which made dinner easy, as there is a really nice takeaway homecooked meal place, that you can take home and eat well on a budget. Loved it!

Extraordinary friendly, helpful and caring service. We felt very welcome. The location is very convenient but feels like a normal neighbourhood and not in a tourist only area.

Host was exceptional - provided valuable information to plan our time, helped with tickets, laundry etc. nothing was too much trouble. Location was fabulous, very convenient to buses, restaurants, cafes, shops. Room was very comfortable- loved the use of a kitchen and minibar in the room. Nice views of magnificent Granada buildings and hills in the distance. Good value and highly recommended.

Great location. Check in and Check out hours are very convenient. The place is situated at maximum 15 minutes by walk from railwaystation. Very closed to historical center and access to all bus stations for public transport that goes to Alhambra, Sacromonte and hills of Albaycin. Cynthia is very helpfull.

The location was perfect. The manager, Cynthia, provided us with a map of the city and pointed out the places that we shouldn't miss, including buildings, shops, tapas and arabic restaurants. It was like having our own tour guide. Having a mini-bar fridge in the room was really useful. Allowing us to pay for it by feeding the piggy bank was a novel concept! The fridge was good for keeping our fresh milk in. Having the kitchenette to make tea and coffee in was so handy as we both like lots of tea with fresh milk from. The kitchenette was supplied with a variety of tea-bags and coffees and UHT milk capsules. The bedding on the king size bed and the towels were top quality. It was really useful to have double USB ports on both sides of the bed

Cynthia is so nice and helpful. The room was very spacious, quiet and the location is great. Try out also the bar next to the hostel for breakfast.
