They must let the hotel reception know their car registration number upon arrival.Please note that Check-out until 18:00 is possible upon request and according to availability. For this, you must pay a supplement of €45 per room and its availability must be confirmed upon arrival.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The hotel location is great, right at the city center. The room was very, very clean and so were the towels and bed linens. The hotel has modern decor and new furniture. The price is great for the quality of the room, I have paid way more for hotel rooms that were half as decent as this one. The receptionists were very friendly and allowed us to store our luggage in the hotel past the checkout time, which was greatly appreciated.

The location was great; in the very center and at the same time in a quiet street. So perfect. It’s near the main areas: Plaza BibRambla, La Catedral, Plaza nueva ( where to take the bus to Albaicin, Alhambra). The beds are confortable and you have double pillows. The shower has strong water pressure. And the staff is really kind and helpful.

The location was excellent - between both the bus station and the train station and in the old historic centre. The room displayed a very efficient use of space and was tastefully decorated.

Location, amenity, guest lounge superb. Room was super clean, efficient, tastefully decorated and the sound proofing worked well. Located just off a main shopping road and 5-7 mins from the Cathedral ... the excellent choice.

Modern hotel room with small balcony overlooking the street which although the street had a couple of restaurants wasn't noisy. The location was excellent close to the main street, a little walk to the Rio Darro but nothing to worry about. Excellent hotel restaurant next door where we had a first class lunch with good service. No tea or coffee in room but there was an lovely open lounge where these could be made and you could sit in comfortable chairs.

Room was large with lovely furnishings and very comfortable bed. Fantastic location. We liked the separate area for couch and TV. Loved the little balcony overlooking the street. Very nice breakfast. Highly recommend.
