Very smart hotel not far from the station short walk into old town. Reception staff on check in helpful although there is a ramp up to the lifts it’s quite a long route my husband has Parkinson’s and found the frequent short steps difficult as they are dark in colour. The smoking area was outside the main doors so a bit off putting when we got back the first night and had to try and get past people sitting all over the front steps. The toiletries weren’t great and some liquid soap by the bathroom sink rather than a tiny bar of soap with no dish would have been better but there was a kettle in the room which was great

Breakfast was very good. My friend is coeliac and I am gluten intolerant. This was not a problem for the breakfast team; we had let them know and they were expecting us. We were provided with very tasty GF bread and some pastry biscuits that were ok too. Plenty of cheese, ham, eggs etc with lovely coffee as well - it was all spotlessly clean and the staff were polite and friendly, sadly, I missed the name of the gentleman who gave us the bread each morning, but he was very kind - it was an excellent experience all round thank you. The hotel is very stylish and well kept, with plenty of space to move around including ramps if you are a wheelchair user or of limited mobility. The receptionists were also all polite and helpful especially Eva who helped us find our way around the town on the map - thank you Eva :) Taxis were easily ordered at reception and came promptly with no fuss, usually costing about 5 - 8 euros to Alhambra etc.

Stayed on for another 3 nights after our initial night’s stay but the hotel room got even hotter. Every night it was 25 degrees in the room with no working air con. Over the 4 nights stay we didn’t get the bedding changed despite us stripping down the bed as a hint. The hotel offered free parking because of the room temperature. The hotel has potential but needs better management.

A big, fancy hotel in (but not IN) the center of Granada. Room was good, breakfast was very good, and I could park in the garage under the hotel. It’s easy to get up from the freeway, and a reasonable (5+ minute) walk to all the sights. It’s big, nice and convenient. I’d stay again.

Room with terrace air con doesn’t work. Long term known problem. Shouldn’t be advertised saying they have.

The hotel was nice, little things like a kettle and coffee, and cups should be complimentary it's in all hotels now. Even the cheaper hotels have it. early checking rates should have been more fair .overall It was nice to stay.

The hotel is located on a busy street and the city center is a 30 minutes walk away. There is no ramp to take us the luggage at entrance which I found difficult. Had to change two rooms - one had no AC and the other one was two single beds. However, I was quickly given a better one. Very spacious with a big toilet. The breakfast was good too. The staff were very friendly and helpful. To go to places I took Uber.
