The hotel is very well-located. Everything is in walkable distance. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I liked the beds and the fact that there was a bathtub in the bathroom. In our room it was very quiet and we could enjoy our sleep. The rooms are neat and tidy. There were a few 'cosmetic' flaws, but nothing that draws your attention permanently. There is also a kettle, some tea bags and coffee. But no drinkable water, so you should either boil tap water or purchase it.

The hotel is just right in the heart of the city center. Shopping and restaurants were just as they were, next door. I liked the room, it was good and comfortable. The coffee and tea facilities were very good. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with fresh products, neatly served with fresh fruit and a variety of cold meat. Excellent internet connection. Staff was kind and ready to help.

The hotel was very central which was important to us. We booked single rooms and they were very good. We had everything we needed.

The four-star hotel is extraordinary value, you get a lot for what you pay. Location in downtown Granada is excellent, only a five-minute walk from the Cathedral and near Navas Street, full of typical bars and restaurants. The room is spacious and modern, a pleasant place to rest. The many reception staff members are friendly and efficient.
