Location, close to the ring road to get in and out of the city easily. Parking was a reasonable price, on sight, and spacious. Breakfast was adequate and good choice. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff of the hotel is kind and attentive. The hotel is well located, close to the tram to the city centre, close (by car) to Alhambra and to the road to Sierra Nevada. The rooms are relatively large and the parking comfortable with sufficient space for average cars.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, there is not a good choice of vegan food options but they made me something up which was lovely. We sat by the pool all day which was lovely. The hotel is in a great location, close to great restaurants and the airport. The room was very clean and comfortable, the bathroom sink however was slow at draining and the tap dripped but neither were really an issue.

Location was perfect really, quiet area with bars/restaurants nearby also opposite the tram stop which takes you to the Centre of Granada.

The reception staff are really friendly, the room is big and comfortable, with a view to the Sierra Nsvada, and the pool is simply fantastic ... with a nice bar there too.
