Location and rooms were superb. On arrival at the hotel I realized I had dropped my passport in the taxi. The girls on reception Alicia and Cecilia could not have been more helpful! They contacted the taxi company and rang me immediately when it was returned. Thank you both!

The staff at reception were welcoming and helpful. Room was spacious and immaculately clean. Large beds and kettle, tea, coffee etc. Location was fantastic for getting to everything easily. Breakfast was decent. Checked in two hours earlier and parking under hotel.

Location, right in the center of Granada, very nice room with super comfortable beds, nice size bathroom with hairdryer and enlarged mirror, plus bidet , balcony, and coffee maker machine with everything you need for making a coffee or tea. Srta Laura from reception was very kind and showed me how to get to the hotel's car park. We shall stay at this hotel again on our next visit to Granada.

Excellent location of a modern but very stylish hotel. We had two superior rooms, very large and comfortable. Kettle and coffee in the room, and the breakfast buffet had everything you could ask for. Friendly and efficient staff.

Everything !! Location to shops/restaurants,could not fault it. Ladies @ reception were amazing, always friendly, helpful & very welcoming. It was our daughter’s 18th birthday when we stated & they went above & beyond our expectations to make our stay very special.

The location of the hotel is fabulous, right in the town centre, close to shops and restaurants. The parking, as others have described, is difficult to find but worth noting is that you must tell the hotel staff your registration plate or you will be fined as you will be driving in a restricted area. The room was clean and modern.

The location of the hotel was perfect, we only used the car to go to Alhambra, we walked everywhere else. The staff was very helpful, they answered all our questions with great dedication. The rooms were very spacious and clean, we were very satisfied during our stay. If I would come to Granada again, I would definitely choose the same hotel.
