This was our second stay and it was again very good. The staff are truly exceptional, and the breakfast restaurant and offer are by far the best we've encountered in Spain

Right from our first encounter at reception, all the staff were wonderfully friendly, helpful and professional. We really felt like nothing was too much trouble. Our room was spacious and well equipped, and the bed was comfortable. All areas of the hotel were exceptionally clean, and everywhere smelled nice! We were particularly impressed with the breakfast offer. Breakfast was very well managed, and there was an air of calm efficiency throughout. The food choices were fabulous, and it was so nice to see a chef on hand to cook food fresh! We chose this hotel because of its location within walking distance of the GenesisCare clinic in Hospital La Inmaculada, but would stay again for any visit to the city. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this hotel to others.

All of it really. The team made it, from Manuel on the desk to Jimmy, who runs a very tight ship on the bar with a smile, were excellent and always helpful.

We stayed at Barceló Granada Congress for 2 nights during our honeymoon in Andalusia and found the hotel to be very comfortable. Staff were friendly and the room was great! Breakfast was fresh, with so many options and we had a great view across the city. We had a great stay at the hotel loved visiting the sites.

The hotel has 9 floors and we stayed in the 9th floor. Booking transferred us to this hotel. The other hotel, we choose stated that they could not accommodate us. In this mixed situation, Barceló staff at the reception took care of us.

Got a really nice room with a view towards the city / Alhambra. Enjoyed the in-house bar as there were no people and the food was really good. Overall friendly staff.
