The panoramic view from the terrace and restaurant is wonderful and the staff are attentive to your needs at every stage, be it for a heater in the evenings or a chilled drink in the warm afternoon sunshine. The breakfast is excellent - I did not dine in the evening but I'm sure it was lovely.

We upgraded our room on arrival and had a beautiful double aspect view. The room was spacious though bathroom a little small and in need updating.

Our second visit and return after 20 years! Perfect location just by the Alhambra and 15 minutes walk into Granada. Beautifully presented, nice comfortable room, fabulous view from the balcony. Superb breakfast. Staff all very good. Views from the windows in the hallways, terrace and restaurant are fabulous. Valet parking worked well and made it very convenient.

Beautiful hotel very close to Alhambra. it doesn’t get anymore luxurious in Granada. Excellent views from the restaurants, rooms. Nicely tucked away but still accessible. Kudos to housekeeping and reception staff for their integrity and service. I forgot my cash envelope in the safe with 500 euros when I checked out. The staff found it and couriered it to the next hotel.

locations is very near to Alhambra Palace, so can reach there by walk (about 15 min) it's located at hill, so overview to city is excellent. we enjoyed both sunrise and sunset - so beautiful. Hotel room is very clean and amenity is very luxurious (Guerlain brand), and free coffee capsule is also very good. Breakfast was very good. they provide many kinds of food (salad, ham and cheez, bread, fruit and yogurt) it is worth to eating.

The hotel is really luxury, and the decoration feels like in the Alhambra Palace. The hotel is less than 10-min walk to the Alhambra Palace, so if you have an early reservation to the Nasrid Palace, you don't need to worry about getting up too early. The room is spacious and well decorated, and it has a good view to the city. The staff was friendly, and helped us on the parking and luggages.
