The location-very quiet neighbourhood, just near the city centre. Air conditioning would cool the whole house eventually as it was it was very hot weather when we were there. Very well appointed property.

location fabulous, we were able to walk to all parts of the town and quiet streets, nice drivers who allowed you to cross the road!, kitchen and bathroom good, nice to sit outside for a BBQ,

The Grey House had comfy beds, a welcoming lounge room, dining room, a well equipped kitchen. Good bathroom with lovely hot shower. Great location. We will stay there again when we next return to Grafton.
