Location and space in the room. It was spacious and comfortable. A bottle opener would have been handy. We loved just walking over the road to a Japanese restaurant for dinner and being close to the Grafton Shopping Centre.

Sister loved the smoking area. Location was quite quiet. Easy to cross the road to the shopping centre.
