We arrived late. The owners couldn't have been more helpful or polite. Outstanding customer service. Rooms are very clean. The shower was absolutely brilliant. Great location.

Staff were professional and very friendly, very helpful. The premises was spotless everywhere. The previous reviews I came across about this place being the cleanest they have been to is what made me try this place out (as I have small children). The bathroom, showers, kitchen area all spotless. Beds very comfortable and a separate aircon in each room in the 3 bedroom apartment was an impressive bonus.

The location is fantastic. Room was very clean even though it was dated. Having stayed at most of the motels in Grafton on our road trips we wanted to try this one. Staff are very pleasant and helpful.

Hosts and staff were all super friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is great, close to shops, restaurants and the town centre, also felt like a safe area. 2nd time staying and would stay again.
