Extremely friendly and nice! Everything comfortable and tidy, very welcoming staff at the reception desk. Excellent breakfast. Grado is a beautiful city and this hotel deserves your attention. Great value for the price. They provided us a safe locked space to park our bicycles, at no additional cost.

Great location, the best breakfast we ever had in whole Italy, great coffee, nice and cooperative people at hotel, especialy the owner that likes to make very good eggs for breakfast. Everything is spotlesly clean and functional and rooms are big enough. We were lucky that we were invited by owner to special boat trip where his nice girlfriend Maria explained all about Grado history and we saw one of the most beautiful sunsets ever. Thank you for that. It was unforgettable. We will for sure come back.

Very clean room, comfortable bed, good air condition. Good breakfast, but not very rich. The parking was full, but we found a spot in the public parking, about 300 metres away.

We reserved a family room, it was small for 4 persons, but Roberto the boss has ugraded our rooms for two doublebed for free. Many thanks for this to him!

As we arrived (mother+ 3 teenagers), we immediately realized that the provided room was not big enough for four adult:( fortunatelly the manager of the hotel offered us one more room!
