excellent breakfast, rooms a little on cosy side but perfectly OK, large hotel in a great spot with good rooftop pool (smallish but nice to cool off) - only downside is the view being mostly blocked by some 70s block which should never have been given planning but i suppose if it still enjoyed direct beach access and view it'd be twice the price!

The breakfast was a nice, with a good selection. The location is convenient and close to everything, making it perfect for exploring this fantastic destination. Grado itself is such a charming spot, full of beauty and character. The room was spacious, clean, and offered everything needed for a comfortable stay.

It was very good as anytime!The breakfast super with wide choice.We can use the swimming pool before check-in and after check-out time!It was very great because we travelled with children So we were able to make the most of our time.

Hotel with charm and atmosphere, wirth its name. Perfect location just on the beachfront, amazing rooftop swimming pool with sea water, comfortable room, decent breakfast, garage for both cars and safe storage for bikes, big bathroom and all you need and expect from this category.

nice staff, big rooms, good bed and linens , possibility to choose different pillows. Great pool at 7. floor terrace with view to sea and old town. I liked smell we had in rooms. breakfast was OK, not the best I had in Italy 4-star hotels before.

The location is perfect, the hotel is a little bit old, its more of a three star hotel in my opinion. The stuff is very nice. The breakfast is great.
