Our room was exceptionally clean, fresh and comfortable, with good quality towels and bedding, it was very quiet. A compact apartment which was well organised providing far more basics than we anticipated. Good free parking facilities, lifts to the rooms. We met three staff during our one night stay and they were very cheerful, friendly and helpful.

Very clean room, seemed pretty new. Good location for us for one night. Young lady on reception had very difficult job but was handling everyone very well as lighting had failed and also car park barrier was not working which wasn't her fault. We managed to get a room with power although we were told there wasn't any so that was pure luck. We had our 15 year old dog with us and was charged an extra €10 for this at reception the following morning as computer down night before. A good stay in a huge comfy bed, just unlucky with power outage.

1. The reception staffs are all super friendly especially Mr. Christopher. Also the cleaning ladies are very kind and helpful. They always say hello and gave us smiles 2. Location is good 180m to a big supermarket and easy to visit the city center by car 3. Parking is Free and always available and secured 4. Room is equipped with kitchen and fridge also with a heating radiator. 5. Fast internet connection 6. Pet friendly with 10 euros per day it is a fair price in Bordeaux region 7. The room is sound proofed

We travelled with our large dog and requested a ground floor room which they provided. Matthew (?) on reception was extremely helpful in telling us where we could find an evening takeaway! The room was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay over en route to Spain!

Everything, really recommend. Room has a good space, really clean, smells good, beds are comfortable. All rooms have a small fridge and some of them have a kitchenette. Good location with big supermarket less then 5 min walk.

Perfect hotel for short or one night stay. The room was small but not tiny. Well cleaned. Equipped with fridge, microwave and some dishes. Definitely recommend.
