It was a pure pleasure to stay in this hotel from the very moment we entered the lobby. I think I have never seen such a great job of the hotel stuff. Anything you need, they do it straight away without any questions. I can’t even imagine how can their head manager handle it, because to stay at the level this high is a huge effort. I’d also like to mention the fantastic job of the girls Al the guest relations desk. They are always there for you. The rooms are spacious and clean, the bed is A+++++, and the sea view is just fabulous. Good in the restaurants is just over the top, the variety of the dishes is fantastic, everyone will be able to find something for themselves. Desserts. Just wow. As for me the preference is baklava. I just loved it. We were there for the New Year’s Eve with my parents. They made several shows with a great music, and each night they have a DJ. Spa and the foam massage was just an experience to have. And the huge infinite heated outdoor swimming pool for the 1st of January was a dream. Long story short: HIGLY RECOMMENDED. Period.

Semicircular part of the hotel is brand new and there was no reason for complains. Our room with a full sea view was quite spacious and could easily fit two more people. It was well maintained with consumables being refilled on a regular basis. Since this is my only experience with all-inclusive hotels, I was satisfied with the choice of restaurants and food on the menu. Staff were helpful and attentive every time I needed them and all our requests were fulfilled.
