We got an upgrade, but just because there were fleas in our room. The staff was nice, understanding and helpful. The room that we got upgraded to had a living room and kitchen, two bedrooms and a private bathroom. We were very happy with that one.

It’s a classic Australian hotel, friendly staff, have a shared kitchen and common area. The prices in Goulburn are slightly higher one might expect due to the presence of a police academy. The hotel manager provided a free upgrade to a studio downstairs which was lovely

Looked just like the photos- very clean. Very good value for money. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment.

everything was clean, tidy and recently refurbished. Room was spacious and a good temperature. Plenty of pillows. I was able to go to upstairs kitchen and get anything else if needed. Cooking facilities and a good sized fridge in the 2 room apartment.
