Conveniently situated close to the station. A huge hotel with lots going on (conferences etc) Room was a good size. Staff were extremely helpful.

Really good location close to the main station in Gothenburg. Staff is super nice and welcoming. We got a room on the 10th floor in the new tower, clean and with everything you need. One small detail however, we were kept up the first night by our next door neighbour watchinhg tv so loud it was like being part of it. Around 1am we decided to go down and get some earplugs. The guy at the desk was super nice and helpful and came up to ask our neighbour to turn it down, so super helpful. I am just puzzled that a completely new building is not more spoundproof. And I would maybe not choose to stay closer to Ground floor in the weekend, when there is also a parties. On another note, I do wish that there maybe was an option to include the spa in your stay. But all in all, it is a nice place to stay for a weekend.

Location is great as close to 'everything'. We walk across town to visit Museum of Art, Cosy shopping at HAGA, came back along the water. Breakfast is Fantastic (but crowded in the WE as expected, don't wait last minute), many varieties of foods including gluten free. Room is fine (went the extra mile to have extra sq). Duvet and pillows were top as I would always expect in the Nordic countries. Rituals products in the bathroom were appreciated by Madam. (Nice to see big refillable bottles, no waster with small ones). Ground floor current renovation (building the longest bar !) did not bother us from the 6th floor nor the noisy ambiance after hours from the current bar.

Breakfast was amazing! There was a huge selection of food and it was really good quality and tasty. The servers were kind of snooty though and pays less attention. Room was amazing, spacious, comfortable and clean. It made me just want to stay in bed the whole day. Location was very accessible as well. It was right in front of the Central Station and there were tram stops everywhere across the hotel. So it was so easy and convenient to go around the city from the hotel. The staff in the reception were also very kind and accommodating! <3

one the best hotel breakfast ever; even that every friday and saturday the hotel bar turns into a disco-party area, open to everyone, the room are soundproof. 30 sec walking from the tram station, 1 min walking from the central statition, and 5 min walking from the main buses terminal.

The decor - outstanding. Great vibe. . Generous and varied breakfast ( quality as well as quantity). Perfect location: 2 mins from central station and shopping streets.

I just love de “rebuilt” buildings. The hotel has a charm of the old post office with nice original details and very big atriums and windows
