The staff was fantastic.. always ready to fulfill our wishes, very friendly.. The room was clean and well equipped. Meals were also delicious, though you can only expect a traditional cuisine and no modern or light meals were on the menu.

The hotel was clean and quiet, and the lake view room offered stunning scenery. We could watch the changing mountains, mist, clouds, and sky both in the morning and evening, which created a magical, almost dreamlike atmosphere. As for dinner at the restaurant, the fish dishes were my personal favorite. The staff were energetic and friendly, adding to the overall great experience.

The location is out of a national geographic. Far more impressive than the pictures. It's dramatically stunning. The hotel location is perfect with good parking and a decent breakfast. The staff are lovely despite being very busy with the day tourists.

Hotel was in a great location, right next to the lake. The balcony is shared between multiple rooms but large enough to have privacy and it had a beautiful view of the lake. Room temp was kept cool (which was nice during the heat wave) and bedding was very comfortable. The morning and evening staff were both friendly and helpful.

With the amazing views of the Dachstein and the Gosausee, there is surely no finer location for a hotel in the whole of the Alps than this one!

The location is fantastic, truly breathtaking. The hotel is comfortable, very clean, with a room offering an incredible view of the lake. The staff is polite and helpful; the standout is one of the waiters who, despite the heavy customer flow and working every day, remains in good spirits, joking and delivering excellent service. The lady at check-in was also great. I highly recommend it and would return millions of times.
