The yard of this appartment is exactly as on the photo: swimming pool, chairs and umbrellas, trampoline. Not big but very nice compared with other appartments in the area. The balcony is also big and well equiped. There are only 5 appartments in the building with designated parking lots. The size is sufficient and the appartment is new. The food store is located on the ground floor.
