Good central location with limited onsite parking. Bus stop beside hotel for trips into Veliko Tarnovo if travelling without a car. Central square with Christmas stalls and ice rink adjacent to hotel.

Location great.Near city centre.Breakfast was tasty.The room was warm.The receptionist was very friendly and spoke good English.

Big spacious room, exceptionally friendly staff. The receptionists all spoke good English for foreign travellers a premium as in Bulgaria foreign languages are an exception. Breakfast was a buffet with a wide range on offer.
